Dr. Richard Asiedu Takes Helm of Eminent West Africa Nobles Forum

Dr. Richard Asiedu has been named the new President-General of the Eminent West Africa Nobles Forum (E-WANF), a significant think tank in the region. This announcement was made through an official press release from Dr. Dee Otibi-Asare, the founder and Executive Director of the Forum.

Dr. Asiedu, who has garnered respect as an educator, businessman, and politician, succeeds Dr. Appiagyei Dankawoso I in this influential role. His prior experience as Vice-President of E-WANF positions him well to lead the organization towards its goals.

According to the press release, Dr. Asiedu’s leadership is expected to enhance the Forum’s initiatives, which are inspired by similar organizations like the Philosophical Society of America. The statement highlighted that his extensive experience and educational background make him the ideal candidate for this prestigious position.

Having joined E-WANF in 2016, Dr. Asiedu has been recognized both locally and internationally for his contributions to various fields. He is known for his commitment to mentorship and community enhancement, having traveled worldwide to present at seminars and contribute to research in business and finance.

Currently, he also serves as the Board Chairman of the Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation (GIISDC). In addition to his political career, Dr. Asiedu is the CEO of St Andrews Group of Schools and Companies, where he focuses on equipping youth with essential skills for national progress.

Dr. Asiedu’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from Atlantic International University in the United States, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Ghanaian institutions.

The Eminent West Africa Nobles Forum comprises over 3,000 members with diverse professional backgrounds, including statesmen, legal experts, and industry leaders. They convene annually to address critical issues facing West Africa and propose viable solutions.

Dr. Asiedu’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for E-WANF as it continues to address the challenges within the subregion and strive for overall development across Africa.
