President John Dramani Mahama has launched the Bright International Amusement Park, a major step toward Ghana’s 24-hour economy. The project aims to boost employment, expand local industries, and create new business opportunities for Ghanaians.
Speaking at the ceremony, President Mahama commended Greenhouse International for leading the initiative. He noted that the park will offer steady jobs and promote gender equality by supporting women in business. The development, he said, reflects Ghana’s growing commitment to economic transformation through private investment and innovation.
To ensure smooth operations, the park will receive a direct power supply from the Bui Power Authority. This move will guarantee reliable energy for round-the-clock activity, supporting tourism and other service sectors.
President Mahama also encouraged local and foreign investors to explore new ventures in Ghana. He emphasized that recent reforms and economic stability are restoring confidence in the market. With the cedi strengthening and GDP showing growth, he believes Ghana offers one of West Africa’s most promising environments for business.
The Bright International Amusement Park represents more than recreation—it marks a turning point in Ghana’s vision for a vibrant 24-hour economy, powered by innovation, infrastructure, and sustainable jobs.
