Company Urges Resolution After Court Validates Land Ownership

Dream Alive Construction has issued a renewed appeal for individuals encroaching on its Akporman land to seek peaceful resolution, following a court ruling that confirmed its ownership. The recent legal decision reinforces previous judgments, conclusively affirming the company’s legal claim to the contested property.

The company’s CEO, Mr. Enoch Addokwei Pappoe, emphasized the importance of dialogue with those unlawfully occupying sections of the land. He highlighted that while the company is willing to engage in discussions, it remains prepared to enforce its rights if necessary. ‘We are open to peaceful negotiations to resolve this matter,’ Mr. Pappoe stated.

The company asserts that the court’s consistent rulings leave no room for doubt about its ownership. It has warned that continued unauthorized occupation could lead to further legal actions. Management urges those affected to promptly engage with the company to prevent any escalation, reinforcing its preference for cooperation over conflict.
