Sanjeev Mansotra Foundation Empowers African Women Through Scholarships

The Sanjeev Mansotra Foundation (SMF), led by Sanjeev Mansotra, has initiated a partnership with Drive to Inspire – Africa (DTI-A) to offer full scholarships to over 20 promising young women across Africa. These scholarships, available for the academic year starting in 2026, will support students both on the continent and in the United Arab Emirates, covering all tuition and living expenses.

This initiative addresses financial barriers, enabling talented individuals to pursue higher education without the burden of cost. Beyond financial aid, recipients will benefit from mentorship and personal development programs provided by DTI-A, which include internship and work experience opportunities.

A distinctive feature of this collaboration is the opportunity for select students to study at the University of Stirling’s Ras Al Khaimah Campus in the UAE, contingent on meeting the university’s entry requirements. This offers a gateway to international education and connects African students with global academic institutions.

The scholarships aim to alleviate financial stress, allowing students to concentrate fully on their studies and overall well-being. The impact extends to families, who can allocate resources to other essential needs. SMF envisions that graduates will contribute to their communities, fostering a positive ripple effect.

SMF, founded by Mansotra, who is also the Chairman of Planet One Group, embodies a commitment to expanding educational access as a foundation for economic development. The Foundation is active in several African countries, focusing on education, healthcare, and economic empowerment initiatives. This partnership with DTI-A underscores SMF’s dedication to enhancing educational opportunities and empowering women and youth across Africa.
